1. Share and explain the PRINCIPLES and ETHICS of the Company. 2. Align the organization with the Vision and Mission of the Company. 3. Communicate Expectations and Standards. 4. Regularly, communicate results to date, changes, and future expectations.

5. Have regular forums for team problem solving and decision making.

6. Provide a system for performance feedback, career planning, and growth and development.

7. Eliminate barriers between Management and Employees.

8. CONFRONT AND MANAGE  poor performance and REWARD good performance.

9. Let the team manage, track, report and improve their results.

10. Provide rewards for teams exceeding expectations. (can be non-monetary)

11. Have a training system in place to support the expectations.

12. Lead by example and “Walk the Talk”
